At Excavatorchains, we want you to purchase with confidence. Please review our return guidelines carefully before placing your order.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused
  • Item must be uninstalled
  • Item must be in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be denied.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been installed or used
  • Items returned damaged due to improper handling
  • Special-order or custom products (if applicable)
  • Clearance or final-sale items

3. Restocking Fee

Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

This fee covers inspection, repackaging, and freight handling costs associated with heavy equipment.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for all return freight charges
  • Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable
  • We recommend using a trackable freight service

Excavatorchains is not responsible for items damaged during return transit.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Note the damage on the delivery receipt
  2. Take clear photos
  3. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Failure to report freight damage within 48 hours may prevent us from filing a claim with the carrier.

If a product is defective under normal use, please refer to our Warranty Policy.

6. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Refund processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank

7. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before shipment.

Once an order has shipped, it falls under this Returns Policy.

8. Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges.
If you wish to replace an item, you must:

  1. Return the original item (if eligible)
  2. Place a new order
